Refund Policy

Our policy allows for exchanges or store credit only. Refunds in the form of the original payment are not available.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Exchange and Store Credit Process:

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you may choose between an exchange for a similar product or store credit. Please contact our customer service team at doriyaaclothing@gmail.com to initiate the exchange or store credit process. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images.

Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Validity of Store Credit:

Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. Please make sure to use the store credit within this period.
